The application of cellulose ether in it:

1. Water retention of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether:

2, the workability of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether:

Anti-cracking mortar application range:

Mainly used for exterior wall insulation or internal insulation, polystyrene board, extruded board and other outer cover.

Crack-resistant mortar construction method:

1. Remove dust, oil and debris from the wall and make the surface clean.

2. Preparation: mortar powder: water = 1:0.3, stir evenly with mortar mixer or portable mixer.

3. Do a point-like stick or thin stick method on the wall, and press it to achieve flatness.

4. Application rate: 3-5 kg/m2.

Crack-resistant mortar construction process:

<1> Grassroots treatment:
The surface of the bonded insulation board should be as flat as possible, clean and sturdy. if necessary, sanded with coarse sandpaper. The insulation board should be pressed tightly.The possible seams to be used for the insulation surface need to be leveled with rubber powder polystyrene granule insulation mortar.

<2> Preparation of materials:
Stir directly with water for 5 minutes, mix well and use.

<3> Construction of materials:
Use a stainless steel plastering knife to smear the crack-resistant mortar onto the heat-insulating board, press the glass fiber mesh into the warm plaster mortar and level it. the mesh joints should overlap, and the overlap width of 10 cm glass fiber cloth must be completely buried. The thickness of the fiber reinforced surface layer is about 2-5 cm.

Precautions:

1. On-site construction of crack-resistant mortar does not require the addition of any admixture, and the water-solid ratio and plastering time are strictly control.

2. The base layer with strong water absorption or excessively dry surface should be firstly coat with a sealing agent or spray with a small amount of water to wet it before construction.

3. Pay attention to moisture, rain and sun exposure during transportation.

4. During the storage process, the crack-resistant mortar should be stored in a dry and ventilate place to avoid moisture.

5. When the anti-cracking mortar is used, it can not be adjust too much at one time, depending on the amount of construction. If it is not used, it will agglomerate and cannot be used continuously.

6, construction and storage temperature requirements above 5 °C.

7. After each construction, clean the construction tools and mixing equipment in time to avoid affecting the next use.
